Custom orders are not refundable. Custom orders may be returned for maintenance if defective, damaged or needs sizing. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@thehyltoncollection.com.

Unfortunately Cancellations because you changed your mind are not acceptable. Once your order is placed, materials would have been purchased to create your design.
